I get my daily dose of inspirational quotes via SMS. I'm thankful for people who keep it coming daily.. most especially my aunt. And today I got this simple yet cute message that I simply must share...

Oh No! Not Another Matrix Program...

Yes, you read it right! That's exactly what I had in mind when I saw the teasers for this program.. a few days prior to the launching I'd say! I'm not totally skeptical about matrices. Get Stuck On Stickers!

Well, there were badges then -- there still are -- and now there are stickers too! Interesting huh? I'd say it's a good way to build a following. It reminds me of my Facebook game of Hatchlings where I collect lots of nice-looking eggs (makes it feel like Easter all year round!).

There are admittedly hundreds of Traffic Exchanges competing for members' attention. Having some form of rewards in the form of stickers is one good way of attracting and keeping a loyal following. I suppose you can say it makes surfing traffic exchanges more fun when surfers aren't only surfing for credits but also for prizes and tokens. 

The stickers are from Ad One TEN. Surfers can sign-up for FREE and join the sites where stickers can be found. Then you surf the required number of sites, usually 50 sites, to claim your sticker. Each time you collect a sticker, you also get a token. Accumulate enough number of tokens to buy from the list of things available.

You can also join a surf party. What is a surf party?  Multiple traffic exchanges get together in a "Channel" (normally about 4 exchanges).  If you surf several sites at the same time, you will start getting a bonus added to your surfing.

Your Ad One TEN site can also be your sticker site downline builder. Remember to fill out the downline builder page with your referral links from the different participating TEs. Then just promote a single link which is your Ad One Ten referral link.

Birthday 2012

It's now the wee hour of the morning here so it's definitely way past my birthday. Yes, it's that time of the year once more when I turn another year older. And hopefully, another year wiser? LOL! ^_^

My birthday this year fell on a Monday so I thought it best to celebrate on a Sunday and make it a double celebration -- Father's Day! Well, since my old man passed on more than two years ago, we still include him in our prayers, but my brother is the only dad in the household now. 

It has been three weeks after my operation, and I'm still recuperating at home. I haven't yet gone out of the house, except for that one time for doctor's follow-up check up. Home celebration is the best option for us. I'm not normally for major celebrations, preferring quiet and more solemn ones. And I also don't usually celebrate my birthdays either. 

I guess this year is a bit different as I want to somehow pamper myself, esp. after my operation. For one, there's my birthday cake that was ordered from Cakes R' Us. Mind you, I'm not too fond of expensive cakes but what the heck! I guess life-changing experiences do make a difference in a person's life. The cake is yummy though so it's totally worth it! My daughter took lots of pictures so we can remember it well! LOL ^_^

Then we had food delivered from a nearby Chinese restaurant -- I love Chinese food! And voila! It was a totally fun family celebration. As I turn another year older (and wiser?) I'm just thankful for the company of family and loved ones. I can't ask for more and I know that I'm too grateful for all the wonderful blessings that I continue to receive on a daily basis.

This year's celebration is well worth it! Although the year is almost halfway done, I still look forward to better things to come in the remaining days, weeks, and months. So till next post..... Ta-tah! ^_^

KC Concepcion : Upcoming New Teleserye!

While I'm eagerly waiting to watch KC Concepcion on TV once again -- right, that's X-Factor Philippines where KC is the host! -- I'm happy to have read that she is doing a romantic comedy movie with Derek Ramsay and Anne Curtis, entitiled "Nothing Compares To You" under Viva Films. Derek and Anne previously starred together in the blockbuster movie hit "No Other Woman." 

Well, I can't wait to watch "Nothing Compares To You!" ^_^

And just yesterday I believe I came upon news that KC will be starring in another upcoming teleserye entitled "Against All Odds" with a stellar cast to be led by Judy Ann Santos. It seems KC will once again be paired with Sam Milby. Wow! 

I'm just glad to hear KC's being given another teleserye after "Alta" was shelved. I was disappointed then, but am now looking forward to her new project! I hope it gets shown some time within 2012!

Oh and to top it off, KC Concepcion made it to #23 of "The 25 Sexiest International Actresses You Haven't Heard Of" on complex.com! They featured one of her photos from her Rogue magazine pictorial. Amazing! I'm truly happy for KC.. wishing her more happiness and success in her career and personal life! ^_^

It's Back to School Time!!! (SY 2012-13)

Wow! It's amazing how much time has gone by since I last posted here. Well, if you don't know, I'm on the road to recovery after my operation almost two weeks ago. I'd say I'm doing fine, but I'm still taking things slow as standing or sitting too long strains me and I still feel the pain in my tummy.

I can't believe the year 2012 is half way over. And it's June.. my birth month too! Wow, I'm turning another year older in two weeks' time! LOL! But who's counting right? After all, age is just a number and young is in the attitude! Oh yeah!!!

I am excited for my daughter as she starts college this school year! New school.. new environment.. hopefully, new friends..

Well, gotta go for now.. I look forward to getting better each day so I can catch up with all the work that's piled up. LOL! Ta-tah! ^_^
